Shi Cong also DNS on rings, but Liu scored 15.2 so a good rings score is still on for China.

Eliminated: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Romania, Australia

Remaining: Canada, Egypt, Colombia, Switzerland, Italy, Korea, Hungary, France.

I would say Germany, Spain, and Turkiye are safe with these 8 teams remaining.
