Historically she tends to struggle with her endurance when doing the full in. They won’t be intending to use her in TFs, so the main thing was to get a solid bankable number from her to start GB off well. No point in taking the risk.
 
With today’s scoring, GBR should easily get their first and second world balance beam finalists. It would be an incredibly British beam rotation if they don’t manage at least one.
 
Well, if they don’t manage a finalist on beam this year, I’m not sure when it’ll happen. Ondine should absolutely be in contention imo.
 
Korea counting an 11 on beam reallllllly hurts their chances to qualify a full team to Paris.

South Africa off to a great start on floor and vault, they might be up there in the rankings, not enough to qualify to Paris or get a +1 non-nominative but would be wonderful if they could get above 20th place and into the teens. Like 16th or 17th would be an amazing accomplishment for them
