Is peacock not showing the medal ceremony?!

I can't see it on the Discovery/Eurosport stream either.

I wonder if they are saving it for Prime Time.

Every stadium I have ever gone had AC... Anaheim 03 was almost freezing! I actually got bronchitis during those worlds!

They are showing the medal ceremony on the Peacock stream that isn’t the TV one. The multi view with the British commentators.

The Japanese men looking very emotional. The Chinese men look understandably crushed but are being cordial and classy

But I missed it. it’s all over, except shaking of hands, and Japan getting gold medal awarded.

Whoever was handing the boxes to the Chinese men put his hand on SWD’s face to comfort him. I missed them saying who the distributors are. I thought it was FIG President but could be wrong. Haven’t seen his picture in a while to remember exactly what he looked like.

So obviously I suck at quick hits but I’m amazing at describing a medal ceremony hahaha

Athletes and staff have complained about the heat and lack of air conditioning. They have also been complaining about the quantity and quality of food and transportation problems.
It has not been a great Olympics from Paris from the perspective of the people there.

Multiple gymnasts yesterday were fanning themselves after their routines. GBR even had a hand held mechanical fan. Suni kept pulling at her collar to get air.

Its been 95F and humid in Paris for a few days. 95F is not fun especially when no AC.

The local government in Paris is horrendous, so it is not surprising that there are issues with infrastructure and organisation

I'm just so thrilled about the USA men. They all are so, so excited - as they should be. They were awesome today.
