COVID shut everything down and she needs to get back into the swing of competition and 2.) NBC and the USOC would basically force her to for ticket sales and ratings.

Yes, another 0.5. I totally understand the confusion since it’s different from how you would treat other fall cases (i.e. ignoring steps on landings when there’s a fall).
