I preferred how they did this yesterday, where the medal ceremony immediately followed each final. I don't understand why they're changing the format in the middle of the competition. It was only 3 finals yesterday and 3 finals today. What changed?

I am not sure how this would have worked together with the men's events, but I would have preferred beam and floor on separate days. These feel like the most taxing events, but they are on the same day.
