Depends how far back you want to go. It used to happen fairly frequently before the specialist era, particularly when people didn’t have to show two vaults to qualify. But that was a different time.

Depends how far you go back - in earlier times it was not uncommon for leading gymnasts to medal in every discipline - I think Tourischeva medalled in every event in 1974. Fewer opportunities then when Worlds was only every 4 years
