I like that GBR won silver. So even with Russia in the meet, they’d have repeated their bronze in Tokyo. It wasn’t a fluke.

I really wanted to see a “new” country on the TF podium this year but I never dared to imagine it would be Canada. I also was really hoping they’d win a team medal this quad, but I never would have expected it to happen this year.

Edit: I suppose having no Russia DID improve their chances.

Edit 2: Brazil being less than 1.0 out of the medals after losing Flavia is both impressive and heartbreaking.
