Not necessarily. Romania don't have to beat GB here to finish in the top 8.

Australia, the Netherlands and Japan are all without a key player, and South Korea were a long shot anyway. They may make it.

I mean that's a pretty horrible bar rotation, but if you think of bb as their ub rotation and viceversa, I think they might have a shot
