I can translate the French, if not the legalese. The first highlight is from Nemour’s doctor, indicating that her health is sufficient to resume training “progressively and without limitations”.

The second highlight is from the French federation’s doctor, and indicates that he does not authorise her return to training.

The document on the right is from a law firm and basically argues that the federation doctor does not have the authority to prevent gymnasts from training.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the federation doctor is overstepping his authority, but that email is cut off in such a way that if he went on to give an explanation of his position we don’t get to see it.
