Kinsella with bronze since Italy is 1-2-3 so Andreoli will be 2 per'd out.

Brassart gets the individual slot to Paris.

Sweden makes history, will qualify to team finals for first time ever!

The four point difference between Italy and GB was nearly all on beam. GB won vault and floor, then Italy were a few tenths ahead on bars.

Remind me, Italy can use a sub if Asia can't compete in TFs?

Yes. They're doing 2 per. Which also means Sabrina Voinea came 4th...
This is stupid actually. 2 per country to qualify to finals is one thing but this is another. I think the 2-per rule is mostly so more gymnasts are in finals, not just 2 or 3 countries. Give that bronze to Andreoli!!!!

It’s not. It’s there to align the conditions with doing a separate AA. Andreoli can’t medal because she wouldn’t have qualified for the AA final.

This is the wrong version... it's before ITA was on UB

My idea of sitting Becky out on beam and letting Abi and Ruby go up for experience has aged brilliantly...

It was a good call to get Abi to focus on the leg events only though, with the big vault upgrade. I haven't seen the DTY but it seems to have been a better effort than we saw in podium training.

Go Sweden! How exciting for them.

Great result for Sweden. Westlund is in the bars final as well. But today also confirms they won't be represented in Paris barring any late withdrawals.

Also a good day despite the team result for Zoja Szekely, 9th AA and also in the bars final. I suppose she couldn't have done much more to make a case for Paris if Kovacs isn't ready in time.

I believe Hungary already has two spots filled and the third is non-nominative so Szekely is not eligible and the continental spot goes to Brassart who is 11th, right?

It will give Abi a huge confidence boost to make the FX final at her first Euros - so pleased for her!
