Huh. My nephew (born last year) was named Barrett and is nicknamed Bear. Is it a trendy name these days or is it just a random coincidence?

Trendy. Boy nature names have been on the rise. It is uncool to name them after weapons in some segments these days, so naming them after strong animals will enhance their masculinity, keep the ghey away, and make their penises larger...or something. I know some celebrity has a kid named Bear Blue or Bear Bleu but I don't care enough to look up who.

Rhett could have been a more interesting nickname or Barry if they wanted retro but Bear fits right in with the mommy blogger crowd.

I get the social media angle of doing "Simone's vault", but I feel like a double tuck might go better for him and maybe be a usable vault. Though I suppose, good for him for goin big.

Also spotted upgrades: Full twisting Yurchenko double tuck (Biles 3) on vault and a Maloney immediate Shang on bars.

Yurchenko double tuck (Melissanidis) is worth the same as the Yurchenko 2.5 (Shewfelt) in MAG. And Heath's is pretty good.


Then again, maybe he could use a Yurchenko double tuck as his second vault.
