Using the bonus scores, which the World team selection doesn’t use, but I’m too lazy to compute the scores without bonus:
Looking at the scores from night 1, there are 6 guys competing for the 5 spots at Worlds:
Asher Hong
Fred Richard
Stephen Nedoroscik
Donnell Whittenburg
Khoi Young
Yul Moldauer
Paul Juda’s scores don’t quite mathematically justify a spot thus far, as good as he is on FX and PH. He needs a better day 2 and/or someone else to eat it. A top high bar score would benefit him greatly.
Curran Phillips may have tremendous PB, but I think he’s also on the outside looking in.
Colt Walker was on the team last year, but his night 1 scores are not promising.
There are 2 locks:
Asher Hong because he adds so much over multiple events.
Fred Richard because of his HB and strength on so many events. Even if he fell once on HB on day 2, he should still make the team.

Khoi Young would do himself a real solid to hit PH Day 2. He’s capable of a lot more on that event and may need it.
Nedoroscik: it may all come down to his day 2 PH.
