This is the Russian coach I was talking about who can spot each skill in a tumble run. I’ve seen him spot bars too and he is the same

Whilst there is not significant interest in RG on this board, I couldn’t not tell you that the Averina twins’ first gymnastics club has been renamed to the Dina Arina Averina Arena . It doesn’t sound as ridiculous in Russian, I promise

Amazing! I used to do this skill on trampoline, but I would initiate the twist way later. I guess drilling the twist into the ground isn’t the best idea on floor, however, because ankles exist.
