No. Her doing half a floor routine yesterday satisfied being a Nationals competitor.

The thing that would hold up her petition is she did not compete internationally this year and that's a requirement for submitting a petition. UNLESS they want to count her receiving an assignment as competing, because she received a Pac Rims assignment, but she withdrew before even traveling to the competition. The criteria says "competes" internationally. It depends on how stickler the selection committee wants to be.

I think I am in the minority on this, but I don’t mind Sam’s commentary. She certainly has a lot more enthusiasm and better delivery than Nastia or Elfi.

But the beam queen tells us all about ARMS! I think she's supposed to be the more "technical" commentator, but she has been told to not be too technical because it could go over Susie Armchair's head since Susie only watches once every four years.
