I just don’t understand why the had to bring simone into this.

I like that they support Konnor and her decision but I feel like it’s kind of low to drag in things said bout another gymnast. Using her to make a point is taking advantage of Simone.

4 different gyms as a senior elite, and competed at nationals as a senior once. Gotta be some sort of record.

Not that it does any good but I think many people care that she was mismanaged and endured all the bad things she has had to go through that led to her pain and waste of her talent.

She had a coach and community that made her anxious to the point of vomiting during meets. Her parents tried to fix it by taking her far away to a different coach and new environment. She tried to find the right fit again and again but we know how that went.

Our caring isn’t enough.

All of that is valid without tagging Simone. They did that to get attention (their complaint is still valid without bringing her in on the topic).

Absolutely. I commented on their instagram that it was unprofessional and they should leave Simone out of it.
