When she comes back (IF) she comes back, I really think she needs to focus on just being a beam specialist. UFL loses Baumann, Skaggs, and Clapper (IIRC she’s not taking the extra year) all of whom are mostly counted on to do beam in post-season, so there is room for a beam specialist on the team. She always had a Bross 2.0 vibe to me, like a ticking time bomb with the elbow alone. I hope she can find some redemption in ncaa.
Yeah, they would have to get creative with the pass with three elements. She could probably get away with a front layout, front full, barani/front pike…I think they should be able to come up with a hands free floor with her, or one that only has a single RO/BHS as well. Bars and vault will be harder. I’m sure they’d really like to have her bars, but that’s basically entirely pressure on the elbows.
Becuz being cut up to the waist lengthens the leg line and fools the judges into thinking anything done is done more beautifully/elegantly than any skill done by any gymnast in shorts, leggings, unitard, or a less cut leo! Judges are so easy to fool! Just show a little more leg and suddenly, Perfect 10!I don’t understand why modern leos are cut so there’s half buttcheek showing out and the crotch is damn near indecent.
Lol given all that’s happened in the last few years, you’d think the leo makers would prevent this from happening.I never worried about having butt cheek hanging out. O
I do get the impression that she has gotten a little bigger but her leo’s haven’t caught up. maybe they only get one chance in the year to get leo’s made for them personally? She stepped out to start her floor routine wearing a leo clearly several sizes too small.
