But the inquiry wasn’t about the gogean. It was about the tour jete half. Or is that the same thing?
It was on the split full no? They gave it as a C when it’s a D
That was my exact same thought!!I'm glad we get to see Kishi's routine one more time.
And my borderline Gen X ass hears Kishi and thinks Claudia from The Babysitters Club
They shouldn’t pre rotate but they do. There is no specific deduction for itHow are these things judged anyway? Is the rotation measured from the direction the feet are pointed to the direction upon landing? Do gymnasts sometimes pre rotate the way skaters do?
And they had the chance to rejudge it and went with it being good on second look.Has it beeen consistently deducted at her other competitions? If so then not deducted today blame the judges.
oh my god THE SHOULDERS!For me it's the turns. Painful. I know the material the floor is made of is difficult to turn on but I'm begging them to keep their shoulders down.
I did this when I was younger! If somebody threw in some (properly done) Irish dance, I would love them forever. Imagine that footwork in the corner since the gymnast can't stand still for a second.
Yep. Reminds me of Raisman/Ponor on beam in 2012. Romania vs USA, last competitor, bronze medal at stake, and inquiry by USA athlete that was accepted. How else can they do it though? The final competitor is entitled to an inquiry
