Nadia said the same thing, that the judges have a picture with Sabrina's heel going OOB. I think that is normal for Sabrina to want to know where was her mistake that was penalized for.

Who is Hamid Gharavi?

He was an Iranian arbitrator in more than 200 cases of the ad hoc divisions of the CAS, as it is now, in Paris.
He has a PhD from the University of Paris and a Masters in Law from New York University and the Sorbonne University.

The Court of Arbitration for Sport asked the lawyers of the International Gymnastics Federation to transmit by 14:00, Romanian time, the identity of the person who received the verbal request from the US delegation to resolve the appeal.

Yeah, I can't be bothered to get too invested in the drama. The rules and regulations absolutely need to be reviewed and revised to ensure that it doesn't happen again, but arguing online about what has already happened seems like a moot point to me.
