I wonder how many Olympians have competed in non-consecutive games in different decades. Becky might be the first gymnast to do so if she makes Paris. It would also be pretty novel to have 8 years between her 1st/2nd and 2nd/3rd games.

Only other ones I can think of are Ponor and Iordache. It must be quite unusual.

I did a little research. 47 women have made 3+ Olympics. In addition to Ponor, there's Vasiliki Millousi ('00, '12-'16) and Rayna Grigorova of Bulgaria ('52, '60-'64). If Becky makes Paris, she'll join that list!

Theres been a few and they didn't do club grades they did national grades.

Haha. She is literally broadway, she’s a professional musical theatre actress. She was Matilda in Matilda in London West End for a year.

Poor GRM. Bet the selectors are breathing a slight sigh of relief though. The team decision is much easier now. Tulloch needed to impress in 2024 but he’s looking like a strong alternate candidate given his spring performances so far. We’ll see what today holds.
