Very mature and considered decisions I think. And tactfully expressed.

I don’t think coaches are catching up to culture changes as quickly as they should. Gymnasts as adults are changing the sport as their needs change but some coaches are lagging. Coaches who can recognize that athletes should have more input as adults may need and want.
