That’s how it always is. If, say, two gymnasts tie for 7th place, the next one is 9th. If two tie for gold, then no silver awarded, just bronze. Etc…

Good thing USA WAG has enough depth in UB right now. But I would still like her to be AA contender as well.
She reminds me of Gabby Douglas with her jumps, but her turns are better than Gabby’s. Now if she only could get Gabby’s bars…
