Holy hell Andrade, best Cheng ever done by anyone ever?

One could argue! Simone maintains a better layout stretch throughout, but the way Andrade launches her initial block straight up before wrapping into the twist is very… satisfying.

He goes for a lot of difficulty, which if just a millisecond or millimeter off can mean disaster. He certainly didn’t play it safe, and he could have.

I don;t think he has any other event, when at Penn State he only ever did Pommels.

A more likely specialist is Curran Phillips who can get a huge score on parallel bars but also be competitive on 3 other events.

Yeah I was looking for evidence of any other events, and I think he literally left everything else behind at level 8, so…
