Woo! I can’t promise how often I’ll update scores btwn phases of competition but I’ll do my best.

Last year’s WAG champion was RAFIKI. Reigning MAG and Overall champ is QuietColors.

I think the rules with the alternates are a little complicated, but I’m submitting and will probably revise. 😉

Can you switch the order of the men’s events so that it’s correct?

Also, can you change the setting to send an email automatically?

Well i definitely had to go modify my initial guesses…

I suspect a lot of people will be adjusting vault!

Well I had a bash at this even though I was tempted to maintain my 100% record 😉

This feels harder than usual. There are lots of gymnasts where I have no feel for their hit ratio. I would also answer very differently for individual finals after the TF because there are several gymnasts that I feel only have one more hit left in them but I can’t say which day it’ll happen.

Thanks for running this again YurchenkoLoop.

I missed, too. Please delete mine. I don’t want to keep what was there because I had planned to come back to it today and didn’t get back to it until now.

Honestly, i felt the form was too complicated for a fun little prediction game. I had to push myself to finish it, and I couldn’t bother to come back and edit even though I knew what I wanted to do. I also feel like you should allow changes for any phase up until that phase happens.

I’ve opened the Google form back up. Obviously if anyone guesses Canada in TF I’m going to be suspicious lol. I’m closing this at 11:10 EST tomorrow (Wednesday)!

I’ve done the game how another user from the old intlgymnast forum used to run the game but I’m happy to make things better. If edits are allowed until each phase of competition, then users could edit previous competition predictions. Idk that anyone would cheat but on principal. It’s sometimes fun when there are substitutions in later phases of competition that throw all our scores, so I like the idea of having it close once quals if completed. Please keep the suggestions coming, everyone. I don’t know men’s Olympic order tbh so I haven’t made that edit yet but I will in the future. There were like ~30 people playing this game at one point, I think. It’s always been fun for me 🙂 But I’m happy to pass off the torch next year if someone else wants to run it. I work during these competitions so I’m not able to update as much as I’d like

I’ll do mine now, although for the sake of fairness I won’t do a TF prediction.
ETA: Forgot I’d already done that one! For the rest, I just went with chaos podiums.

So if i guess Gadirova for a medal, do i get 2 for 1 guesses? 😉

Ohh I just realised what I did for FX… please note my prediction related to Jessica, in the spirit of fairness.

I graciously accept this victory with a bow to the experts of the gymnaverse who have tought me most of what I know about elite gymnastics and fig rules(especially men’s). I am like the chicken who can predict an election outcome or the dog who can predict the Super Bowl winner by eating from the correct bowl. Better to be lucky than good, I guess?

*I will also be sending flowers to Brian Carey for challenging Jade’s fx score which led to me going 4 for 4 in fx final prediction😂

Yours was the most incredible performance I’ve ever seen on floor exercise 😍
