My suggestion is to have people post their predictions here. Not only will it be easier to fill out a little template here instead of a (very long!) form, but seeing other people’s predictions was one of the most fun parts for some people!

If you allow edits up until the competition, we can actually track those edits… and tell people that you have access to that to stave off cheating.
