I believe that Brevets have a copy but have been told not to release it...

I guess that’s fair enough with the case still ongoing

i doubt its the case thats the reason

they still havent released the tokyo 2020 book.

in fact, i dont think the FIG ever release any detailed books. they always come from a leak, i believe
