They count the individual MAG/WAG Euros separately. Despite having the team competition in qualis for worlds purposes, this is technically an individual Euros as there’s no TF.

I was prepared for you all to be exaggerating, but holy crap that was awful. So she got 5.933 E score…only 2.1 behind Downie. How in the world is that possible?! So without the fall she is only 1 point in execution behind? Seriously?

There’s only so much notation and deductions you can physically write in real time. It’s routines like these (and vaults generally) why we need robojudging. It’s not fair to the well executed routines where nitpicking is just humanly easier.

I’m glad Seifert didn’t lose a medal by 0.001 in the end. Pretty impressed by him to improve by so much from qualifications.

Great podium. Very happy for Asil to win at home. Jarman did better on his good pieces and worse on his weaker ones but improved by 0.365 overall, lovely to see him have such a solid day. Shame for Kovtun and Davtyan but for different reasons.

It was a great podium wasn’t it! Interesting to see a gymnast who is obviously a ‘strength’ gymnast (read Rings specialist) win the AA.

And Antalya is a great city - been there a number of times on holiday and the people are lovely.

The commentary was so cheesy I cringed all the way through the last 2 pieces. I fully expected him to come out with ‘winner winner chicken dinner’ any moment.

The commentator in qual was really sound. I think he might have been dutch?
