Do men have a harder time squaring their hips? The splits on floor I’m seeing right now don’t look like good women’s splits. Maybe it’s my imagination because I’m looking at them harder than before?
It’s partly because men have narrower pelvises. It’s mainly because MAGs don’t train hip flexibility enough.
