Ball State goes 49.025 on bars to lead Kent State by .425.
Ball State going to their strong event, bars for their third rotation. They have to end on their worst, FX.

Kent State goes to their best event, FX next.

Right!
I am about to switch over from Pac 12 to SEC and was hoping to follow Pac 12 with scoring.

I am now watching SEC session 1 live.
Will be checking in scores for Pac 12 along with D3 and MAC.

MAC is heating up.
Ball State still with the lead, Western Michigan .2 behind. The rest of the teams are all even with each other.

Arguably one of the most exciting conferences in terms of parity amongst the conference.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the SEC broadcast.
Full rotation line ups from all 4 teams to the right of the screen with live scoring. Don't need any live score page.

Every broadcast needs to do this.

LOL at John questioning Arkansas vault scores "lot lower than the season".
Sam's like "well yup scores will be tighter with four judges".

Probably would have been a 10.0 in the night session, but there was also a visible elbow bend on her full turn so 9.950 is a good score.

Also PAC 12 is TIGHT. Washington survives BB and FX with not having to count a fall but also both rotations a 9.6 or lower.

SEC also tight.

Arkansas brought back to reality with LEGIT scoring, just over 49 for that rotation, and rightfully so given the difficulty shown and quality of vaults. Georgia struggling already. Auburn off to a just ok start, but would have wanted more on their best event. 49.150 is not good for the #7 ranked beam team in the country.
Missouri couldn't ask for more on bars. Going to keep them in contention with the PM session teams.

We all knew SEC scoring in general is detached from reality, but even moreso with Arkansas. (And yes, other SEC teams have crazy scoring, as do other conferences)

EGAL has started. GWU needs to average 49.2 to stay alive. They came up short on vault with only 49.088

LSU home scores have been ridiculous this year, but Arkansas was right with them.
Not a legit 198 team. Cute of them to get that record score.

Wish Wieber and coaching staff would rely more on their gymnastics than the scores given at home. They are a mid 197 team, nothing to sneeze at. They get Roberson as well which is going to boost interest in the program.

Wieber and co can get Arkansas back to national finals, but the inflated scoring makes us happy when they are brought back to Earth.

Other than Grace Anne Davis, Missouri looking great on beam. Not sure why they continue to use Davis, Titarsolej should be a better option at the least? No? How about Hannah Horton?

UGHHHH I can't keep up!

They really need to make it a conference week and spread these meets out a bit.

Georgia has two falls in a row on vault. So they won't improve their NQS. Only a 48.4 on vault. They're another team whose scores (at home and one neutral meet in Tennessee) haven't reflected the actual gymnastics.
