Well there are like 17,000 MAG competing so…probably!

Stanford currently has 6!! of the top 10 AAers (so far)
That is amazing to the depth of their program, considering only 5 compete per apparatus.

I think i read 118 men at this meet??? Numbers like that and yet very few college opportunities for them. The boys at my gym dont even attempt the recruiting process because they geel there is no hope. Its sad, many of them have qualified to DP nationals several times.

Jackson Harrison from Arizona State is the most artistic male gymnast I’ve seen on floor in a while.

The only auto qualifier Oklahoma had to Nationals is Vitaly Guaimares, and he scratched.
So it looks like they just brought a whole bunch of people to see who could nab one of the 13 open spots.

Yockers on PH was one chance, but he fell

Who are Oklahoma’s top contenders these days anyways? I know some of the Stanford and Michigan names, but none of the Oklahoma guys. (I hate that women’s and men’s NCAAs are the same week).

It is extremely disappointing about NCAA MAG, hopefully with Big 12 and Big 10 getting bigger and increased revenue we might see some more teams start (or get reborn). Fingers crossed.

We will be lucky if the whole thing doesn’t crash because of the conference shuffling.
It’s hard for any D1 school to add any men’s sports.

Yockers is great on PH of coures he fell.
Zach Nunez is a good AA guy
Fuzzy Benes was really good but he has been hurt. He missed all last year.
Jack Freeman is good on HB

If NCAA MAG goes down, USAG is going to be screwed.

Maybe Washington. They had men’s gym and still have a club.

I think Stanford should be OK.

Cal men’s gym doesn’t cost the school any money, so it has that going for it.

But we will see.
