FIG ended the ban on Russia and Belarus competing as of January 1, 2024. So they can compete at World Cups.
The IOC has not though.
Is the ban lifting unconditional? I thought they had to submit some kind of statement or something to the FIG to get permission to compete as neutrals.

Mirror, mirror on the wall, is Hana Ricna the gayest of them all?

the series after her second tumble, from 0:48 to 1:15 is how I’d describe my sexuality

Ricna was an icon. If folks enjoyed this, check out her lovely beam

OMG I could never really get into Hana Ricna. Yes she had huge flexibility but her “dance” on fx and bb seemed to be from the prancing pony school of choreography and any somersault element used to look like a dead spider with a tangle of limbs that flailed at unnatural angles.

OMG you roasted her!!! her prancing pony school of choreo is exactly why she’s my personal gay icon. I’m a huge Ricna fan. Her FF + loso + Korbut was wonderful, as was her scale and reverse planche

With FIG removing the ban and the IOC accepting “neutral” individual athletes, Russia MAG and WAG could still qualify two spots each for Paris. One via the apparatus World Cups (conveniently all contested in the Olympic year, unlike 2020ne) and Euros.

So a probable(?) best case scenario is Listunova and Melnikova still take part in Paris.

It’ll be easier for WAG to get accepted to compete as a neutral athlete than MAG.

Also is it 2 per NOC or 3 ? I thought it was 3.
In the case of Russian athletes will they still be limited? Or because they are neutral athletes will the limit per NOC not apply?
