Technically I find some of these definitions slightly misleading (“turn” is not a position but a skill, for example-- they could’ve clarified by saying “turn position”; wolf jumps need to go to horizontal, above is not required but nice; scales don’t technically need 180-degree split to be a scale, though they do need it for international elite credit; things like this). But I still imagine this is very helpful for new fans.
Frankly I find Sportseverywhere frequently gets details like these slightly wrong in most of their videos, though I appreciate the gymnastics content on YouTube.

is useful and more if you are new see the code of points and compare the draw of the element in the cop and see the video (visual training) or if you forgot something too is useful.
