at this point, I'd love it if Missouri and Georgia advanced.... but no way the judges let that happen. So I'll hope Mich St and Utah advance on Sunday...
See, I dont get this, if you hate Florida, then just say you hate Florida and I hope they always lose. The correct two teams advanced regardless of crazy scoring (unless you honestly believe Georgia or Iowa State had a better meet that UF). Its not Florida's fault that judges gonna judge. You don't need to make up some pretense that because of wacky scoring (which is happening all over) that you are going to root against Florida. At this point in the season, crazy scoring is all relative, as long as judges are consistently bad in their judging the correct teams are moving forward, albeit with insanely high scores.

Did some digging... UCLA's 18th place finish is its worst result since at least 1991. I couldn't find any results from regionals in 1991, 1985 or 1974-1979, so its possible it may be their worst result in program history.

I wonder if they'll reconsider their openness to their athletes taking time off for the Olympics. I think it's great that athletes have that flexibility, buuuuut it cost UCLA a lot this year.

UCLA will rebound. These things happen. Michigan is out too. LSU went out a few years back.
Just speaks to the level of NCAA gymnastics.

2nd year in a row Auburn went out in the semi-finals, so if anyone needs to worry it would be Graba. Was it his coaching that got Auburn to the Finals in 2022 or was it Suni and Goburne? They lose a lot of talent next year.

In the case of UCLA, it was fairly predictable. Selena Harris also liked a couple of tweets lambasting UCLA’s preparedness and culture.

OU just shy of 199 pace after competing their worst event.

This one between Kentucky, Arkansas, and Minnesota is going to be close for the 2nd spot!

Arkansas has a .150 lead on Kentucky and .175 over Minnesota. Kentucky goes to vault...not usually their best event. Arkansas to floor and Minnesota to beam.

Stats say Kentucky is 5th nationally on vault, so I guess I am wrong.

Jeffrey just fell on her dismount for LSU. If they have another miss, things could get dicey.

I was just gonna comment on Webb, she's doing an okay job and her composure is there, but either she's saying the same phrase, or not making a coherent sentence at all.

Arkansas advance!

Well deserved, even if scores were funky. Kentucky just had too many small things and Arkansas didn't give them an opening.

That 10 at the end for Haleigh. It was good, but not a 10.

Congrats to Arkansas. I feel terrible for Kentucky though.

Kentucky picked the wrong night to have an off night. Arkansas was on fire but I'm sad that Worley won't be in the AA and Hooten's floor won't be at nationals...LSU looked good. If OU falters, LSU is waiting. (I suspect Mich St and Cal will be as well...)

OU need to fix up their vault.

Didn't matter today but they cant rely on going lights out on the other 3 if they want to win.

I agree, I think Janelle should get another chance. The Grables clearly aren’t up to the task and need to go.
I don't disagree, but I'm wondering what the evidence is for the Grables being not so hot but Janelle being OK. What events do they all coach? Janelle coaches bars, right? Bars was pretty weak all season. They did lose Chiles and Padurariu though.
