Yeah it looked to me she spent too long setting it up and she isn’t the fastest rotator

It really looks like she just opened out early.
Her dance has a lot of potential, but she doesn’t fully hold tension through the second half of skills or absorb her landings through her feet very well, and it is ending up making her skills look heavy when they shouldn’t.
