That’s why she can scored 16.05 in team final with some balance checks and wobbles. If she done better, her score will even higher than Shawn Johnson’s

Dismount of D+ : 0.5
Total: 2.5

Difficulty score = 6.8

I believe, at the time, we all agreed that LSS would win gold if she hit.
Li Shanshan would not win gold if she still made some balance checks and wobbles (like in the team final) which will deducted her point roughly 0.2-0.3 points. Since Shawn Johnson done her routine perfectly.

Li Shanshan only would win gold if she done her routine like in this video

For Sanne Wevers’ 2016 bb routine: FIG code 2016 allow 5 acrobatic elements and 3 dance elements to be counted in difficulty score.

5 hardest acrobatic elements are:

Back Handspring 1/1 (D 0.4)
Gainer layout dismount (D 0.4)

3 hardest dance elements are:
Double L spin turn (E 0.5)
Triple spin turn (E 0.5)
Double spin turn (E 0.4)

Total value of elements are 3.5

Connection bonus: 0.6

Score from Element Group Requirement:

Connection of 2 dance elements: 0.5
Turn on One Foot: 0.5
Acro series: 0.5
Acro elements forward + backward: 0.5
Dismount of D+ : 0.5
