A team of Jones, Blakely, Zeiss etc definitely could win a medal , but his spreadsheets use average scores, and that team has not been the most consistent, so the average is basically what they would score with multiple falls.

I love the idea of not having fresh talent from kids that get injured and burned out. It seems a lot better to have kids with really good basics that love the sport and want to continue as long as possible, gradually taking charge of their own careers
