What reaason do we ahve to believe the NCAA coaches would be on the floor at worlds? Is that written into a legal contract.

We don’t have any reason to believe. Romania would need to give them accreditation, and they very rarely give accreditation to personal coaches even from Romania. It was just an amusing scenario that in theory could happen.
