Every once in awhile, like with Parliamentary elections, we on the western side of the Pond receive assurances that our cousins who do not pronounce rhotic r’s are capable of being equally as messy as us. Congratulations, and my apologies for BG stooping to or even below USAG’s level this selection (so far).

Pretty much every informed Yank I know has loved Becky and her composition for years, and some of us liked her more than Beth, if you wanna get piquant with it. This is a shameless robbery, and it’s gutting but not shocking that BG would hand over an UB medal to CHN/USA/possibly RUS like this, because that’s precisely what they’ve done.
