In notable late commit news, Israeli Olympian and 2022 vault finalist Lihie Raz has committed to Michigan, according to CGN.

I wonder how many others currently committed to Auburn will switch. Elizaveta Grebenkova is committed to attend Fall 2027 and she's the top-ranked recruit for that year.

Grebenkova has re-classified and will be joining Alabama this fall. She seems to be very young for her grade, I'm guessing she is homeschooled. To be a class of 2027 and still a JR E at level 10 Nationals is pretty young. Im guessing 16, and probably a sophomore if not homeschooling.

Yes. We have seen several gymnasts graduate from high school early and join before their original start date.

If she’s Israeli, she probably spent 2 years doing military service, so not that late. Most Israelis do their military service at 18 and stay in until 20. Athletes apparently are often affiliated for longer to compete.

Good point, I forgot that Israel has conscription for all adults at 18.
Yes, because they would be in active military service, the eligibility clock is paused.

Three class of '26 commits scored 10s at level 10 nationals. Raeya Linton (Stanford) and Finley Scott (Arkansas) on vault, and Elizaveta Grebenkova (Alabama) on bars.

Guevara transfers to Maryland and Giselle Reda also just committed there as well. Maryland is getting some excellent gymnasts.

That's some nice blocking on the handspring piked barani vault. That's someone that I think could learn a double front. I'd want her to learn to hit the table just a little higher, but she's great!
