I think she went to Gym X-Treme but then the elite coach there moved over to Buckeye and she followed him. That's the same timeframe as Izzy Stassi going to GXT to Buckeye.

Same with TCT to PR. Maybe they knew Jantzi was leaving and so TCT was always a temporary stopping point. Maybe Catherine clicked so well with Jantzi they decided it was worth uprooting yet again to stay with her.

Lavi is very nice to watch, but that floor routine is SO uninspiring, very bad choreography from all GAGE gymnasts

i do love the leos 😂

But there isn’t a lack of depth at L10/college recruits. I wonder if more gymnasts are choosing to stay at L10 due to the popularity of NCAA.
I definitely think this is a contributing factor. There is little to gain for the vast majority to go elite when NCAA offers so much more in terms of competition opportunities and NIL opportunities.

Just catching a few routines. The metroplex ub routines looked solid to my uninformed eyes. One girl on the beam (Amiah?) has the strangest BHS I've ever seen.

Looks like Yurchenkos are popular for the first vault and then Lopez/Pod for secind vault,

GAGEs ub...needs lots of work. Couple in a row with really raw sets. I like Trinity Wood. She seems to have room to grow. Kylie Smith also seems steady with decent basics.

I don't understand how some of gymnasts have 0.4 in ND on their second vaults. What other NDs are there on vault besides OOB?

Did they give .1 for 1 step out of bounds, followed by a 2nd step, so .3 for total of .4?
Rather than .3 since both feet didn't land out of bounds, but rather one foot then and then the other foot went out due to steps? Does that make sense?

I see what you're saying. I feel like I've never seen it be evaluated that way before.

I don't see any other explanation for .4 off one vault for ND. I am not sure if that is what it is or not but there are only 2 neutral deductions for landing outside the lines.

For the 0.4 NDs, I believe this is how they are actually showing the 0.2 bonus for having two vaults with saltos in different directions due to a system issue. Using Molomo as an example:

Vault 1: 13.900
Vault 2: 13.150
Vault Bonus: 0.4 (entered as 0.4 so it correctly averages in the system)

Total = 27.45

Average = 13.725

wouldn’t they enter it as a negative 0.4 deduction (ND -0.4)?
