Very curious to see Hang and Rose, and of course Rivera. Lots of talent there and should be interesting to see who becomes a front-runner for Worlds.

For what it's worth, the only gymnasts who have made the next Olympics from a post-Olympics Worlds from the U.S. in recent years have been Jade Carey (2017) and Simone Biles (2013). Of course if you go back to 2005 you have Liukin, Memmel, and Sacramone all making the London team. The next ones after that are Bhardwaj (2001), Maloney (1997), and then Miller, Dawes, and Strug (1993). Then Wendy Bruce (1989). Dantzscher qualified in 1997 but was too young to compete.

I wonder how many NCAA athletes will join the elite group for the summer competitions. Leanne Wong has been at every Worlds since the Covid break. I don't see Blakely back in time, if she ever really had any interest in competing elite this season. Not sure who else could contend.

Josc is the other one who might try for worlds.

I'm really unsure if CaMarah got the score or not. The language on the elite qualification chart is not clear about using vault as part of the 2 event score for qualification to Winter Cup and Classics. Very clear vault only counts if you do 2 vaults to qualify to championships. But unclear if that also applies to WC and Classics.

But it's USAG. Clarity isn't their strong suit.
