Well this will be a more exciting pan ams team final than usual… Brazil can win and would probably be extremely psyched to beat US, despite that it’s like one of the most explicitly B-team B teams ever. And that said, it’s got some good talent on it.

There is no team finals at the Pan Am Games. The team event is one day, 5-4-3, and counts as qualifications to finals.

ETA It’s confusing because there is a team final at the Pan American Championships. However this is Pan American Games, a multi sporting event run by PAG not Pan American Gymnastics Union.

According to the reports via Twitter it appears that Sumansekera, Chiles, and DiCello are doing AA with Miller doing bars and beam and Lincoln doing vault and floor.

Jong is only doing bars and will compete in the first subdivision with the individual athletes.
