Saw this dismount (at 3:10) on a random video and it got me thinking - what’s your favourite single piece of gymnastics (one skill or connection, or even piece of complex choreography), ever? Can be recent or old school.



I don’t think you can get much better than this dismount.

What do you like about it? There’s little expression or interpretation, some pretty poor dance technique and a large part of the choreography is just acrobatic skills. It’s just a baby NCAA routine to me.
