I “heard” Ella Cesario is in the portal and going to Clemson for a 5th year. Guess we shall see if that happens.

The transfer portal closed May 15, she was not in it at the time.
Unless they are allowing gymnasts to enter after due to coaching changes.

How does it work when it appears these schools are going over what the new roster limitations are going to allow?

I think these schools are somewhat betting that the new settlement agreement will include some form of "grandfathering" in current athletes that will not count against the roster limit.

Also remember this is the last year for NIL in its current iteration. This is why many schools are frontloading NIL right now because once the settlement goes into effect, that option goes away.
