Honestly, the success will depend on her participation going no further than putting her name on it and hiring an executive chef who can hire a good team and give them control of the menu. One of the worst jobs as a chef is working for bosses who know fuck all about food, cooking, and running a kitchen but act like they do and everything fucking sucks. It's part of why celebrity restaurants are such a crapshoot.
