C skills? Almost impossible. If your body type is particularly conducive to gymnastics and you have a good level of general fitness, core strength and shoulder flexibility, being able to do a giant on HB might be a realistic goal. Remember that most adult classes/open sessions are 2-3 hours a week. A child or teenage gymnast aiming for c level skills will be training around 20 hours a weekhey,
wanted to ask how relastic it is to start gymnastic as an adult, while focusing on high bars and pbars.
with a goal of just picking up some c skills and not going for full routine?

Yes, but the majority of training is focused on developing essential strength and flexibility that are required for all events and all skills. There isn’t a short cutthanks for the reply
and the 20h a week is it calculated for and 6 events?

yupIf I wanted to do adult gymnastics I’d find some small goals to start. Go to a gym and talk to a coach and ask what they can do and how many hours it would take.
