Being head coach would also significantly impact the time Brooks has to coach Josc as an elite

Makes sense for Jordyn as they just had their first child. Perhaps they are aiming to grow the family and it is a lot to be a head coach and raise a family. Look at CKC, she really had a hard time as a successful head coach as well as balancing raising a family.

Elise Ray also left head coaching because she had young children and wanted to be closer to family.

Could be due to budget cuts as well. I believe the university just cut some programs. I believe Jordan's salary was in the upwards of $250k + Brooks...
