Hey all, been a major fan for a long time and have lately been on a kick with podium training videos. Do we know why the London one is so difficult to find/clips only? It's bumming me out and I've been nostalgic lately. Also, does anyone have Jordyn Wieber's episode of Beyond the Routine? Can't find that anywhere either! Thanks!

I think this has come up before the reason was that podium training wasn’t streamed by anyone in 2012 and the only clips were what gymnastics media organisations made available.

There is a big sort of digital gap if you like for that sort of era. A lot of meets and documentaries are missing as there was far, far less fan led gymnastics media than nowadays. Plus I don’t think YouTube had yet lifted its 10 minute cap on uploads for ordinary contributors.

Hell, half the time these days, with a cheap as cameras and streaming are, it is a crapshoot if we get podium training or qualis streamed/shown. If no broadcaster steps up to pay to show it, no one gets to see it. A stationary camera on a tripod on the side of the apparatus is generally sufficient (and better because damnit, I don't want a close up of someone's nose in an attempt to see the "fire in her eyes" when her feet are doing actual gymnastics. And don't get me started about "end of the beam" artistic camera angles...)
