It's been a slow day at work so I've had time to think about this a lot... it's all very well announcing a come-back but how would Max Whitlock fit into a 5 man GBR Team?
Unless the new GBR Messiah comes through the ranks in the next 2 and a half years, and providing there are no injuries, I would expect the 2 lock-ins of the team to be:
Joe Fraser FX, PH, SR, PB, HB - maybe AA?
Jake Jarman FX, PH, V
Then fighting for the 4th and 5th spots you have:
Harry Hepworth FX, R, V
Courtney Tulloch - SR, V, PB
Luke Whitehouse FX, V
Alex Yolshin-Cash - probably AA
Max would probably offer PB/HB as well as PH.
Which world/european/olympic medalist do you leave off the team to accommodate Max? (as I'm hoping in the next couple of years, Yolshin-Cash is going to shine!)
