Georgia's improvement this year. So glad they at the very least broke into the top 10. Next year I wouldn't be surprised to see them in the top 5. Oh wait I just checked and they are number 5 this year!

Yes! I know we have gone back and forth about UGA prior to the season. They have really shown growth and consistency. Credit to coaches. Now the last mile is the hardest. I think they need to get some top transfers to get them even closer.

I believe Georgia is the 6th seed. But we’ll see where they finish at NCAAs.

That is not their final ranking.

The lowest they can go is 8th. If they don't make team finals.

If they make Final Four on the Floor the lowest they would go is 4th.

They are currently the number 6 seed.

On Road to Nationals they are listed as 5th right now.

Because Alabama 5th ranked seed was eliminated.

This are not rankings. They are the final 8 teams remaining in post season.

Should Georgia advance to finals they will finish no lower than 4th.

Should they not advance, they will be ranked according to their NQS and semi final score. Georgia would then be either 5th, 6th, 7th, or 8th.

Arkansas is not 6th seed they are 9th.
Minnesota is not ranked 8th they are the 15th seed.


While Georgia is in the 5th slot for the moment they are not "ranked" 5th. Their ranking is 6th, final ranking to be determined. You stated they are number 5 for this year. They are not. They don't have a final ranking yet.

Certainly heading in the right direction. Next season will be their year. That senior class, the great freshman class with a year under their belt, some solid freshman (so upset about Kim though) and hosting regionals. I would consider it a disappointment if they do not make 4 on the floor (barring injuries of course). If they can pick up a top transfer this summer, watch out!

Final 4 is very realistic for them next season
