Gu has held a Chinese passport since she was 15 (and quite possibly earlier than that). This wasn’t a decision made by an adult.

She’s going to Stanford. So……let’s see….she’s an Olympic Champion in a crazy hard and scary sport, a model, and smart enough to go to Stanford. Actually, shes starting to get on my nerves. Is there anything she’s not exceptional at?

Renouncing your allegiance would imply that you’d no longer fight for your Queen if push came to shove though, right?

I know it’s verbiage but it kinda has the effect of saying you’re giving priority to your ties to the USA over your ties with your foreign passport, no?
